Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4
The Glen Guesthouse is located only 10 minutes from the Aviva Stadium
making it the perfect location to stay while attending one of the games, concerts or events in the Aviva Stadium.
, the new home for our international rugby and football will provide Ireland’s national rugby and football teams, fans and spectators, with a home ground to be proud of.
The Aviva Stadium
has a seated capacity of 50,000. All seating in the stadium is under cover of a roof; however, the roof does not extend over the pitch. The unique design of the new stands and roof creates additional weather protected seating capacity within the constraints of the existing site. The design has been optimised to ensure all spectators have an excellent view of the pitch while retaining the unique Lansdowne Road atmosphere.
The easiest way to travel directly to the Aviva Stadium
is to take the DART. The line actually runs under the West stand of the stadium and stops at Lansdowne Road Station itself. From Dublin city centre, visitors to Aviva Stadium can take the DART southbound from Pearse Station on Westland Row, Tara St Station or Connolly Station. You can also take the #7 Dublin Bus from O’Connell Street
